A quick post to let those visiting know I have a general mercantile and online thrift store here and what’s happened to it. Do-it-yourself-er that I am, I’m afraid I swept the shelves clean recently 
In uploading my inventory, then testing the upload, I accidentally erased every single thing I had listed in the store. I’ve managed to put a few things back on the shelves but the rest will take some extra effort. It should be back online Monday or Tuesday of next week (the week of 9/13/10) but in the meantime there is a link to the left to my eBay store which contains a lot of my online thrift offerings.
Carnival glass is a very popular target for collectors. Not only because it is beautiful but also for its value. Identifying the pattern and the maker both increase the odds of establishing the value of a piece. When discovering these treasures at estate sales and other places (like online thrift stores for example) it is sometimes possible to not only add to your collection, but also save a little money.
